The Canon imagePRESS 1125P is the print-only configuration of the imagePRESS 1125 platform — same 125 ppm B/W engine, same 1200 x 1200 dpi, same 2.4 million page monthly duty cycle, but no scanner module. This is the right pick when all jobs come in via the network from a Fiery or PRISMAsync DFE and you don't need walk-up copy/scan. Media range covers 14 lb bond up to 110 lb cover, sheet sizes from 5.5x8.5 up to 13x19.2 SRA3, with single-pass perfecting auto-duplex. Standard paper capacity is 2,000 sheets in one drawer; max with optional POD decks is 14,000 sheets. Inline finishing — perfect binders, saddle-stitchers, square-fold trimmers, ring binders — bolts on as needed. Where the P earns its keep: shops with a centralized prep/scan station that don't need an extra scanner at the press. The thing buyers regret: assuming the P is meaningfully smaller than the S.
