Built for offices of 8-20 people printing 3,000-8,000 mono A4 pages a month. Print resolution is up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, first print is 4.5 seconds, and the 50-sheet single-pass duplex ADF moves through two-sided originals at up to 80 images per minute. Scan-to email, network folder, FTP, internet fax, USB, and HDD are all standard. Standard connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0; Wi-Fi and NFC are optional via the Ricoh wireless accessory. Auto duplex print and scan is standard up to legal size. Monthly duty cycle is 40,000 pages — recommended volume sits well under that.
