  • You print up to 12,000 pages a month — the engine handles it, but plan on swapping the fuser around 320,000 pages instead of stretching it.
  • You need wireless — Wi-Fi is an optional 802.11a/b/g card, not standard. Budget another ~$200 and one accessory slot.
  • You want PostScript 3 — it's an option (Adobe PS3 emulation). PCL5e/6 is standard out of the box.
  • You only need 600 dpi output — print resolution tops out at 600 x 600. If your team needs sharper line art, look at the MP 4002 (1200 dpi) instead.
