The Savin MP 4002SP is a floor-standing A3 monochrome laser multifunction from the Ricoh Aficio MP 4002/5002 platform, built for workgroups or small departments of 15-40 people printing 5,000-12,000 pages a month with regular 11x17 needs. It prints and copies up to 40 ppm at 600 x 600 dpi (1200 dpi equivalent print), first-copies in 4.1 seconds, and warms up in about 19 seconds. Standard paper capacity is 1,200 sheets across two 550-sheet trays plus a 100-sheet bypass; max is 3,200 sheets with the optional 2,000-sheet LCT. The 100-sheet reversing ADF handles multi-page scans, and the 9-inch full-color WVGA touchscreen runs copy, scan, fax, and document server workflows. Standard 128 GB hard drive holds stored prints and address book data. Standard scanning sends to email, SMB/FTP folders, USB/SD, and LAN fax. Connectivity is 10/100 Ethernet and USB 2.0 standard; Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth are optional interface units. The MP 4002SP is the print/scan-standard configuration; the base MP 4002 is copier-only.
