The Savin SP 5210SF is a 52 ppm A4 color MFP for small offices that need print, copy, scan, and fax in one device and run 5,000 to 10,000 pages a month. Black runs at 52 ppm, color at 40 ppm, first print under 7.5 seconds, resolution is 1200 x 600 dpi, and the standard 550-sheet tray plus 100-sheet bypass expand to 2,300 sheets total. A 50-sheet automatic reversing document feeder handles two-sided originals at 40 ppm scan speed. Security includes HDD encryption and data overwrite. The thing buyers regret: 1200 x 600 dpi is enough for office documents but it is not enough for marketing collateral that needs to look polished — graphics will show banding next to a 1200 x 1200 dpi print. Also, the connectivity story on this older generation is wired Ethernet by default with no native Wi-Fi. If you find one used at a fair price and you only need it for documents and forms, it works. New buyers should look at a Sharp MX-C528F or a current Brother color MFP instead.
