The Toshiba e-STUDIO 3025AC is the 30-ppm entry in the current 2525AC/3025AC/3525AC/4525AC A3 color MFP family, built for mid-size offices and departments (15-40 users) on Toshiba's current e-BRIDGE Next 2.0 platform. It runs 30 ppm in both black and color at up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with a 90,000-page monthly duty cycle (Toshiba's recommended sweet spot is 3,000-9,000 pages a month). Standard paper capacity is 1,200 sheets (2 x 550 cassettes + 100 bypass), expandable to 3,200 with the optional large-capacity feeder; max paper size is 12 x 18 plus 12 x 47 banner from the bypass. The 10.1-inch tilting color touchscreen is the biggest in the segment and the e-BRIDGE Next 2.0 interface is well-organized — operators stop calling support after the first week. The optional 300-sheet single-pass DSDF runs at 240 ipm and is the upgrade most fleets specify. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 standard; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC are optional. The thing buyers regret: not budgeting the DSDF. The 100-sheet RADF is fine for occasional scanning but if you process invoices or contracts daily the DSDF pays for itself in saved minutes within a quarter.
