The Toshiba e-STUDIO 3055C is a floor-standing A3 color laser MFP built for medium-to-large workgroups (25-75 users) that need in-house tabloid color print, copy, scan, and fax. It runs at 30 ppm in both black and color, holds 1,200 sheets standard across two 550-sheet cassettes plus a 100-sheet bypass, and expands to 3,200 sheets with the optional 550-sheet PFP and 2,000-sheet LCF. Max duty cycle is 150,000 pages a month, though Toshiba (and we) recommend keeping monthly volume under 20-25K for sane toner economics. The 9-inch color touch panel runs Toshiba's e-BRIDGE platform with USB direct print and scan, scan-to-email/SMB/FTP, e-Filing boxes, and standard auto duplex on print and scan. The 12x18 cassette and 12x47 banner bypass are the reasons this gets picked over A4-only competitors — you can do real-estate flyers, school newsletters, and short-run booklets in-house. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet plus USB standard; Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and Super G3 fax are options. The thing buyers regret: paying for a floor-standing A3 unit when 90% of their volume is letter-size B&W.
