The Toshiba e-STUDIO 356 is a floor-standing A3 digital MFP from Toshiba's earlier e-BRIDGE platform (early-2010s, e-STUDIO 256/306/356/456 family) — a 35-ppm engine designed for small-to-medium workgroups that needed tabloid copy/print/scan/fax in one box. It prints at up to 2,400 x 600 dpi with smoothing, holds 1,200 sheets standard across two 550-sheet drawers plus a stack feed bypass, expandable to 3,200 sheets with optional pedestal or LCF, and is rated for a 125,000-page maximum monthly duty cycle. Memory is 1 GB and the standard hard drive is 60 GB. The 9-inch color control panel is a previous generation of the e-BRIDGE interface, not the tilting tablet-style touchscreen on the current AC series. The optional 100-sheet RADF reverses pages for duplex scanning; there is no single-pass dual-scan feeder. Connectivity is 10/100/1000 Ethernet plus USB 2.0; Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Mopria, and cloud connectors are not part of this platform. Standard auto-duplex print handles two-sided output. The thing buyers regret: assuming a model number with a 6 in it means modern. It doesn't on this platform — it's a 2012-era machine.
