The Toshiba e-STUDIO 757 is a later-generation 75 ppm A3 mono multifunction, the last major refresh before Toshiba moved to the 7508A platform. Standard paper capacity tops 3,520 sheets, expandable to around 7,600 with optional feeders. Resolution is 1,200x1,200 dpi, with improved PDF and PostScript rendering over the 755/756 generation. Security improved with hard drive encryption as standard and better authentication options. For production environments handling 100,000-200,000 mono pages monthly, this is the most capable of the 75x mono line. The thing buyers regret on used market today: paying near-new prices for a discontinued model. The 757 is a good machine, but if used pricing is over $4,000-5,000, the current 7508A new (with warranty and current security) is the smarter buy. For under $3,500 with low clicks and maintenance contract, it's a solid 5-year workhorse.
