Print and copy speed is 65 ppm, paper capacity is 1,200 sheets standard (two 600-sheet drawers) expandable to 3,200 with the LCF, and the rated monthly duty cycle is 300,000 pages. First page out is 3.5 seconds. The 9-inch e-BRIDGE Next color touchscreen runs the same scan and copy workflows as the rest of the 28-series, with scan-to-email, SMB folder, USB, FTP, SharePoint, and cloud destinations. A 300-sheet single-pass DSDF is standard. Auto duplex print is standard. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet and USB; Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct are options. Finishing options include staple, hole-punch, booklet, and saddle-stitch. The thing buyers regret: ordering the 6528A in 2024 when the newer 6529A is on the same dealer line with refreshed firmware and better security baselines. If your contract is starting fresh, ask the dealer about the 6529A. The 6528A is mono only, fax is optional, and dealer-serviced.
