The Zebra ZD611R is the 2-inch RFID-enabled thermal label printer — narrow labels with UHF RFID encoding for wristbands, small-item tags, and pharmaceutical labeling. Same RFID caveat as the ZD621R: don't buy this without an RFID program funded end-to-end, including reader infrastructure, software middleware, and ongoing tag costs. The 2-inch width fits the specific use cases where RFID on narrow labels matters — patient wristbands in healthcare, pharmaceutical track-and-trace, and small-item asset tracking on items too small for 4-inch labels.
