The Lanier LD645C is the 45-ppm A3 color MFP — Lanier rebrand of the Ricoh Aficio MP C4501 family. Built for departments of 25-60 people printing 8,000-20,000 color pages a month. It runs 45 ppm in both black and color, has 1,100 sheets standard (dual 550-sheet drawers, expandable to 4,700+ with optional feeders), and is rated for a 200,000-page monthly duty cycle — much higher than the LD635C's 60,000. Print resolution is up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, first copy is 3.7 seconds B&W / 5.9 seconds color. Paper handling spans 5.5x8.5 to 12x18 with weight support up to 300 g/m2. The chassis is 26.4 x 26.7 x 35.4 inches and weighs 286.6 lb. Scan-to email, network folder, FTP, and USB are standard. This is a legacy platform — most units sell as pre-owned, low-meter equipment now, but the MP C4501 supplies family is still in production through Ricoh channels. The thing buyers regret: cross-shopping the LD645C against the modern IM C4500 (also 45 ppm) and assuming they're equivalent.
