The Color 1000i adds three things over the base 1000: an inline Specialty Dry Ink station for Clear, Silver, and Gold metallic effects (up to 7 multi-pass layers); Full Width Array as standard for automated TRC calibration and density uniformity; and Xerox IntegratedPLUS Finishing for the Plockmatic Pro 50/35 booklet maker (up to 200-sheet booklets at full rated speed). Print resolution is 2400 x 2400 dpi VCSEL ROS with Xerox EA Low Melt Dry Ink. Monthly duty cycle is 1.75 million pages. Standard paper capacity is two 2,000-sheet trays; the OHCF adds another two for 8,000 sheets total. Auto-perfecting duplex at full rated speed up to 350 gsm.
