What's in every lease

Everything is included except paper. Period.

Other vendors quote you a low monthly number, then the install bill arrives, then the service contract is separate, then the toner is "extra." Our lease bundles all of it into one predictable monthly invoice. The only thing you ever buy yourself is paper.

Free professional delivery

Inside delivery to the floor of your choice, in any building. We coordinate with your facilities team, no freight surprises.

Free network install

Drivers pushed to every workstation, scan-to-email tested, scan-to-folder mapped to your shared drives, mobile print configured.

Service agreement

All parts, labor, dispatch, and travel costs covered.

All toner & consumables

Toner ships before you run out (we monitor remotely). Drums, fusers, developers, transfer belts — all included in your click rate.

Remote support

Most issues resolved by remote support before a tech is even dispatched.

End-user training

On-site training session at install, plus a digital cheat-sheet. New hire onboarding training on request.

How it works

Steps from quote to printing.

No 30-page contracts. No "let me check with my manager" pricing games. Here's exactly what happens after you submit the form.

  1. Business owner on a call describing his office printing needs

    Tell us your office

Two minutes on the form, or a 15-minute call. We'll ask about volume, color mix, paper sizes, current pain points, and what you're paying today.

  2. Tablet showing three copier options side by side

    Three quote options

You get three machine options at three price points. Side-by-side comparison: ppm, paper trays, finishing, monthly cost, click rate.

  3. Two technicians delivering a new copier

    Install & train

We deliver, install, configure your network, and train your team.

Lease vs buy vs rent

Three financing options. Most clients pick lease. Here's why.

All three exist for a reason. Here's how they actually compare on cash flow, tax treatment, service, and what happens at end of term. Numbers are for an A3 color MFP at typical SMB volume.

Buy outright Lease (FMV) Short-term rent
Upfront cost $8,400 – $14,000 $0 $0 (1-month deposit)
Monthly payment None $189/mo $340/mo
Service & supplies included No (separate contract) Yes Yes
Tax treatment Capital expense / depreciation 100% deductible operating expense 100% deductible operating expense
Upgrade flexibility Sell it yourself Easy (return at term) Easiest (cancel anytime)
Best for One-machine office, 7+ year hold Most businesses, 3-5 year tech refresh Events, seasonal, project-based
Term length N/A (you own it) 24, 36, 48, 60 months Week, month, or per-event
5-year total cost* ~$13,800 (incl. service) ~$11,340 ~$20,400

*Apples-to-apples comparison: same A3 color MFP, 6,000 pages/month, 70/30 B&W to color, 5-year horizon. Lease wins on total cost when you include separate service and supply contracts that buying requires.

FAQ

The questions every CFO asks before signing a copier lease

Get my custom quote
How much does a commercial copier lease cost?

Desktop A4 multifunction copiers start at $79/month on a 60-month FMV lease. Mid-volume A3 color floor MFPs typically run $169 to $289/month. Production color presses run $1,200 to $4,800/month depending on speed and finishing.

Pricing always includes service, parts, labor, and a per-page rate for toner. We send you a full quote with three machine options at three price points so you can compare apples to apples.

What's the difference between an FMV lease and a $1-buyout lease?

FMV (Fair Market Value) is a true operating lease: monthly payments are lower because you don't own the copier at the end. You can return it, upgrade, or buy at fair market value (typically 10-15% of original).

$1-buyout is a capital lease: payments are 18-24% higher but you own the equipment at the end for $1. Most clients pick FMV because copier technology refreshes every 4-5 years anyway, and FMV keeps the upgrade door open.

What's included beyond the copier itself?

Every lease includes free professional delivery and installation, network setup (printer drivers, scan-to-email, scan-to-folder), a service agreement covering all parts and labor, on-site technician dispatch, all consumables except paper (toner, drums, fusers, developers), and end-user training.

The only ongoing variable cost is the per-page click charge, typically $0.008 for B&W and $0.04 to $0.06 for color.

Can you take over my existing lease early?

Yes, in most cases. We negotiate buyouts directly with your current lessor — Wells Fargo, US Bank, GreatAmerica, DLL, CIT — and roll the buyout into your new lease so you don't pay anything out of pocket.

Send us your current lease number and the seller name and we'll quote you the cutover.

Should I lease or buy a commercial copier?

Lease for almost every business case. Three reasons:

Cash flow — leasing preserves working capital. Payments are 100% tax-deductible operating expenses (Section 179 limits don't apply).

Tech refresh — A3 color copier technology improves measurably every 4-5 years. Leasing means you upgrade automatically without selling old equipment.

Service bundling — leases include all maintenance, supplies and dispatch in one predictable monthly bill. Buying requires a separate service contract that often costs more long-term.

Buy only if you have a one-machine office and plan to keep it 7+ years.

What brands do you carry, and which is best?

Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, HP, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, and Lexmark — every major OEM.

"Best" depends on your workflow:

· Canon and Ricoh dominate color quality for marketing and design teams.
· Kyocera leads on cost-per-page (lowest in the industry) for high-volume B&W.
· Xerox and Konica Minolta lead production print.
· HP wins for SMB simplicity and existing HP-shop standardization.

We'll spec the right brand for your volume, color mix, and software ecosystem — not the one with the highest dealer rebate that month.

Do you support all 50 states?

Yes. Partner technicians in 100+ metros and a national logistics network for delivery and installation everywhere else.

Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Illinois, New York, California, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan are our densest coverage areas. We partner with vetted regional service providers — same single contract.

What happens at end of lease?

You have three options:

Upgrade — we install the new copier and pick up the old one, often with the same monthly payment.
Continue — extend the existing lease month-to-month at a reduced rate while you decide.
Return — we coordinate the pickup with the leasing company.

Do you sell or service used / refurbished copiers?

Yes, certified pre-owned (CPO) is a real option, especially for small offices and seasonal businesses. CPO copiers come with the same parts and labor service agreement as new units, are typically 30-45% less per month, and are tested to OEM specs.

Best fit: under 5,000 monthly impressions, B&W or low-color need.

We don't recommend CPO for high-volume color or production environments — the consumables economics don't work in your favor at that scale.

How long does it take to get a copier installed?

We confirm the install date in writing the day you sign and send a 24-hour confirmation the day before.
